Puppy announcement!! IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A PUP FROM ME BEFORE PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL AS I WOULD LOVE TO INCLUDE YOUR PUP IN THE NEW REGISTRY FOR OUR BREED.

NOTE TO ADOPTEES: The pups you see below are very nice but some are "pet quality" and priced as such.  The "best" of the "best" never hit my website as they are sold to people who had deposits on litters.  Those adoptees with deposits PRIOR TO POSTING OF PICS get first choice so since they are sold they never are seen on the pups for sale page.   So if you are very particular or want something specific (as do those in the horse community who want the best looking they can find) contact me about upcoming litters to get first choice.   Also......I never grant breeding rights and everyone needs to be aware of the fact you could find out your pup is already altered after you purchase him/her and have paid for your pup. I do NOT want breeders contacting me. I am the only person these pups have to decide their future life will be and they will not go into puppy mills for breeding purposes no matter how much is offered to me for those breeding rights!! Breeding rights are not for sale at any price at City Slickers. There is another website recently named similar to mine so don't get mine confused with that one. PUPPY LOOKERS For some reason I do not get all my emails sent thru my website so if I do not answer within 12 hours email me again.   Also, many people are looking for the toy aussies aka North American Shepherd that have REAL "aussie type" but yet want to pay the same price breeders charge who have toys that look like anything but an aussie.  I GIVE AWAY half the dogs I bring in here that I have 2000.00 invested in (purchasing price and shipping) because they do NOT have "aussie type" to meet my standards.   So, I certainly can not absorb that expense I incur breeding for "the best" or I couldn't feed my dogs the quality of food they get and provide them with the comfort they deserve.   So, if you want true "AUSSIE TYPE" in the smaller package I have them OR if you just want a nice pet I sometimes have that also in litters however........the price will reflect that difference.  I can not give stud dogs away that cost me 2000.00 just so folks can have "aussie type" for the same price as breeders charge who do not breed to the same aussie standard I use or I could not afford to work tirelessly to improve this breed as I do.   Also, I am the only breeder specializing in toys in Florida (maybe Ga also) that does hip and eye clearances on my adults.  I also have nice minis but there are several mini breeders in Florida that like me do health clearances on their adult minis they keep in their program.

December 2009 Due to my busy upcoming Spring show season and Nationals in Indiana I bred my girls now vs Spring so will have lots of puppy choices coming up so if you want something special let me know and I can fill you in on whether I expect a pup like that in my upcoming litters. I have a newborn litter not yet posted with large toys/small minis in both merles and black tris.  I even have a red merle female and a red merle male but eyes not open in these pups so not sure of eye color yet.  This litter of newborns not posted can go home at the end of January or first of Feb.

PUPPY 1 PUPPY #1..... Puppy #1 is a black tri male MINI that would do grand in a home with children that are not real young.  He is so playful that he needs children around old enough to play with him.   He has a blue fleck in his eye but it isn't really noticeable.  He is going to be a chunky boy that isn't real tall but will be very stout.  You can see his personality for yourself in these pictures.  He is lovely and very loudly marked. He is 650.00.  If my vet has time to neuter him next week then I will add 50.00 to cover that surgery.

PUPPY 2 PUPPY #2.... Puppy #2 is a very sweet simply marked little bk tri that is pet quality and a great pup for a family that wants a less expensive small mini.  He may not pass 20 lbs in weight so will be large toy/small mini size.   He has a great personality and would be a wonderful pet for children.  He is a Cujo grandson and a LasRocosa Meg grandson so his bloodlines are great SMART lines.   400.00.  My vet may neuter him next week so add 50.00 onto his price if she gets that done.

PUPPY 3 PUPPY #3..... Puppy #3 is a brother to puppy 2 and is a little larger pup.   He will still be a small mini but probably will be about 22 lbs or so.   He is a pretty boy even though not loudly marked.  He looks alot like Samson (his mother's full brother) so go look at Samson on the Guys page to get an idea of how he will look at maturity.  He does have more copper though than Samson has.  He is a very playful pup and is 475.00.  No breeding rights on my lines at all.  If I get him neutered next week then I will be adding 50.00 onto his price.

PUPPY 4 PUPPY #4..... Puppy #4 is a black tri female large toy/small mini that will mature in the 17 lb to 20 lb. range.   She is very sweet and pleasant.   She isn't heavily coated so folks in Florida will like that about her.  She is 550.00.  If my vet spays her next week I will add the 75.00 surgery onto her price.

PUPPY 5 PUPPY #5..... Puppy #5 is a little pet quality red tri with an underbite.  She is a toy (not a teapot though) that is expected to mature around 14 to 18 lbs.   She is very playful.  Her underbite will never effect her eating (many breeds are required to have an underbite) and is only noticeable by a trained eye.   She has a great personality.  Her mother is Sylvia.  Naturally no breeding rights.  If she is spayed next week add an additional 50.00 to her price.  She is 250.00 without the spay added in yet.

PUPPY 6 PUPPY #6..... Puppy #6 is a bk tri TEAPOT toy son of Travolta.  Oh my goodness he is little and very special in every way.   He is 900.00 and his neuter of 50.00 will be added to his price when I get it done but you would have that expense later anyway.  I do NOT grant breeding rights.  This puppy has it all and would be great in an adult home or a child's home.  He would fit in where ever he goes. As you can see he has lots of kisses.  In these pics he is already 9 weeks old and I will not release him until he is 11 weeks old.  I price my small toys similar to nice Yorkies but you get 10 times the brains for free!

PUPPY 7 PUPPY #7..... Puppy #7 is a black tri TOY girl but not quite as tiny as puppy #6 male. She has so much personality and will be perfect in any home she goes to.  She is 850.00 and 50.00 spay will possibly be added on if my vet says she is a candidate for early spay.  She is 9 weeks old in these pics but can't go home for a couple more weeks.  I keep my toys longer than most breeders.

PUPPY 8 PUPPY #8..... Puppy #8 is a darling TEAPOT little black tri female with a baby doll face who loves to be held.  She will be a great fit whereever she goes to live.   In these pictures she is already 9 weeks old but of course will be with me a little while longer. She is 900.00.

PUPPY 9 PUPPY #9..... Puppy #9 is a darling TEAPOT toy bk tri male that is a grandson of Cujo's. He is 9 weeks in these pics but can't go home for a couple more weeks.  Guess I hope a bit that he won't sell fast because if anyone has read my husband's tribute poem to our late Cujo it would be clear that this pup is special to us and could easily be a City Slicker keeper.   He is built great and has Cujo for a grandfather and LasRocosa Meg as his great grandmother.  Bloodlines are phenomenal and he is just plain cute.  He is Cujo in black and more dear to our heart than can be imagined. He has more brains than a little pup should be allowed to have.  However, I own his bk tri father and don't really need another Teapot toy bk tri stud. He is 900.00 and the 50.00 neuter fee will be added to his price which you would have to pay in a few months anyway.  Camera battery was dying so got a little blurry in some shots.

PUPPY 10 PUPPY #10..... Puppy #10 is a small mini black tri male.  He has a darling personality and he is 450.00.

PUPPY 11 PUPPY #11..... Puppy #11 is a double blue eyed blue merle MINI.  I expect him to be a larger mini and of course no breeding rights on him.   If my vet okays it he will be neutered before he leaves me.   He is a sweet pup and also beautiful.  He is 850.00.

PUPPY 12 PUPPY #12..... Puppy #12 is another double blue eyed blue male that is the youngest of the group. He was an only child puppy so as you can see he is large BUT still very immature in his looks.  Since he was an only child he simply ate himself into Baby Huey.  Yes...he looks like an old man (ha!) but its because his mother nursed him day and night and now they are separated so he can start moving around with other pups.  He has been added to the other pups that are weaned to get some exercise.  He is SOOOOO sweet and gets his little bursts of energy as you will see in these pics with my daughter.

PUPPY 13 PUPPY #13..... Puppy #13 is a baby litter just opening their eyes.  I have 2 blue merle small mini males and one toy bk tri female.   The merles will be priced later but early pricing is 700.00 each for the merles and the bk tri TOY female 700.00.  Eye color could change these prices of course.

PUPPY 14 PUPPY #14..... The next picture is of a litter from Shadow (LasRocosa Meg granddaughter) and we have all merles (2 red merle males, 1 red merle female, 2 blue merle males and 1 blue merle female) and I expect them to all be minis that are nice and stocky.  No eyes are open yet so eye color unknown right now.   Folks can place a deposit on a pup to hold it until we see eye color.  Pet people like 2 blues in the merles and Aussie folks often prefer one blue and one dark which is more commonly seen.  So, in 2 weeks we will know. In the picture above the the two on the right side are the two females...one blue merle and one red merle.

WINTER 2009 FIRST puppy pick up of the Winter began this AM as pups are nearly 9 weeks old.  That is the age I send pups home.  Many families visit weekly after they purchase their pups so when they go home they already know their  "forever parents".   Four great families picked up their fur children after many weekly visits  and we want to share the fun this morning with our cyberspace audience. Notice how these sibling littermate pups already know which person their "forever mom" is and how they can't take their eyes off of her! Suzanne with Brady.  Suzanne has offered to allow me to breed Brady back to one of my girls so we are so excited!   He is about as good as a toy size Aussie (now known as North American Shepherd-Div 1 size outside the rare breed circuit). More pics of him. Half sister from a different litter (same father) showing Brady girls are boss!   Brady's littermate Austin more pics of her Austin giving mom a wonderful puppy kiss! Now Austin is giving Brady's mom a kiss to show her littermate brother Brady up. Now she is teaching her brother Brady how you kiss! Priceless picture of Granny LasRocosa Meg getting a good bye kiss from her lovely grand daughter.  Shows even "fur children" love THEIR grandmas! Mark and his new little son "Bandit".  He is Scarlet's littermate so a Meg Grandson.   More of Bandit below Notice Bandit is trying to get his littermate Scarlet to play "ear tug a war" with him and leave Austin (on the bottom) alone. Granny LasRocosa Meg isn't happy with her Grandson for pulling on his sister's ear! Notice the nice "bone" Granny Meg passed down to him! He is sneaking out of the puppy play area but I was waiting for him with the camera.
